- Please note that on the telephone we only provide information, but we use e-mail for all agreement-related communication to avoid possible misunderstandings.
- Upon receiving of a quotation please respond whether you wish to use the service or decline it. The material sent by you will be accepted for translation as soon as you confirm the quotation in writing.
- We agree about the deadline taking into account your wishes and our possibilities.
- Upon first order from a new client as well as if a client is a private person the text is forwarded for translation only after the advance payment, and the completed translation will be sent to the client when the invoice issued by our office is settled in full. If you pay on-site in cash, then a prepayment of up to 50 % is required.
- The client has 7 days for review of the translation and submission of any complaints, and after the expiry of this term the invoice sent to the client must be settled.
- If you wish to make some amendments in the translated text, the terms and conditions thereof will be specified separately.
- If the need for amendments arises not from the inaccuracy of the translation but from a client’s wish, then amendment fee is applicable, and the sum thereof will be specified separately.
- Cost of translation service fixed in a quotation is approximate as we make a quotation on the basis of text in source language. Final cost of translation service is calculated in accordance to the volume of translated text in target language.
- A quotation is made on the basis of a conditional page that contains 1800 characters (without spaces).
- If a client cancels the the order after the confirmation thereof, they must pay for the part of translation done by the moment of cancellation.
